These terms cover the use of this site and any booking, gear rental, or guided trip arranged through it. Using the site means you accept them.
You are welcome to read, save and print these pages for your own trip planning. Please do not copy them for resale or present the information as your own.
A request sent through the site is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is agreed once we have confirmed the dates, the activity, the price and availability in writing.
We take bookings and guide trips in small groups each season. If we cannot lead an activity safely, or cannot schedule it in time, we will let you know rather than overcommit.
Prices are confirmed before you book, and a deposit is usually required at the time of reservation. The balance falls due before your trip begins.
Weather, water conditions, wildlife sightings and trail features vary from day to day and season to season. Photographs cannot show those changes exactly. Those natural differences are part of the experience, not a problem.
We prepare each campsite ourselves and confirm your arrival once everything is ready and safe. If equipment or facilities have any issues when you arrive, tell us within a few hours and we will repair or replace it.
A trip or gear rental made to your own specification cannot be cancelled for a refund unless it is our fault, since it was arranged for you alone.
All photography, maps and written content on this site are Games Nova's work. Please contact us before sharing or republishing—we're happy to grant permission.
We stand behind all our gear and will replace anything that arrives faulty. We're not liable for damage from normal wear, misuse, or accidents in the field.
