When you book a campsite or contact us about a trip, we keep your message including your name, email address, and the details of your request—such as dates, group size, and any gear needs.
The site also records standard technical information like your browser type and pages you visit, so we can ensure the booking system and nature trail guides work smoothly and securely.
Your messages and booking requests stay with us during planning and for a reasonable time after your trip. Records of reservations and gear rentals are kept longer, as we may need to reference them for future visits or maintenance.
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the services that help us run our camps and trails—guides, equipment suppliers, and booking platforms—and only the details they need to do their work.
Access to your information is limited to staff who need it, and anything sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.
